24 H.R.S. offers Indoor and Outdoor storage. We offer services such as, wash, tanks dumped, housekeeping shampoo carpets, detail, fiberglass repair, paint and engine work. All of these services are priced and billed on an as needed or wanted basis. We are located at 3500 Cincinnati Ave, Suite 200, Rocklin, Calif. We have over 200,000 sq ft of indoor storage as well as 10 plus acres of outdoor storage facilities.

About Us
This company was started when home communities were being built with more community restrictions on storage of recreational vehicles in or around the home as well as the home builders were shrinking the size of the lots they were building the new homes on.
Del Webb communities were growing in popularity and owners of these homes were buying R.V.s. Storage lots for these customers consisted of outdoor gravel yards with little to no security. We wanted to create a place in which you can store your equipment with peace of mind in a secure facility.
Small unusable areas of mini storage yards offered outdoor paved parking and at best some covered paved parking. Armed with this information we wanted to start an optional concierge style, secure storage company.

Many local customers from Natomas, Davis, Woodland, Vacaville, Fairfield, Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Granite Bay, and Citrus Heights take advantage of our convenient storage services. Current indoor RV, Boat, and Car storage facility is located in Rocklin California.
